Why?You’ve never had this at the Delano

With its gauzy curtains and poolside banquettes, the Delano conjures beachy Miami at its best — and isn’t the first place you’d think of as a site to chow down on Italian food. But at the new Bianca, chef Brian Massie (a recent transplant from Las Vegas who worked in the city’s Mandalay Bay and the Four Seasons hotels) brings Miami lightness to the typically hearty fare, serving dishes like wood-grilled langoustines and a salt-roasted Branzino. The restaurant, which opens Friday, is officially part of the Slow Food Movement, so expect to see local, organic ingredients on the menu.
