Owner Andrew Gonzales, whom recently made Forbes “30 Under 30” list, will soon be closing his flagship store on Coral Way to reopen a much larger branch on 8th Street. This new store will be opened at 7 pm on June 28th and will be cranking out up to 3,000 cookies a day! Night Owl’s novelty cookies, like the Ave Maria Cookie which is complete with cookie crumbles guava pieces and cream cheese frosting, and the Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cookie which has chocolate chips, crunchy Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal mixed into cinnamon infused dough. Delightfully extravagant these cookies are a must try!
According to Forbes,
Night Owl Cookie Company isn’t the first operation to sell food late into the night. Where Gonzalez’s company stands apart from others is in the quality — everything is baked to order — an in creativity. Just one example: the Ave Maria, made from guava cookie dough mixed in with crunchy Maria Cookies and white chocolate chips.
According to Yelp reviews,
They’re very generous, whoever it is working on these cookies! So yummy, the best one i’ve had was the Ave Maria even though they are busy quite often, that’s how good they are..”
