The team behind Phuc Yea is proud to announce the opening of Madame Phuong Cocktail + Sake Den.
Madame Phuong features handcrafted cocktails showcasing a southeast Asian sensibility, sake selection, and local craft beers, as well as late night bites and pho ideal for sopping up the midnight booze.
Ani Meinhold and Cesar Zapata have partnered with nightlife guru, Mykel Stevens, in creating a neo-tiki meets southeast Asian cocktail den sure to set Biscayne Boulevard and the Upper East Side ablaze.
The Late Nite Bites menu features a selection of pan-Asian bar snacks with a slight pan-Latin influence stemming from Meinhold’s Puerto Rican upbringing and Zapata’s Colombian heritage. Other dishes are reminiscent of classic Americana bar snacks compelling imbibers to nosh and drink, and to continue to nosh and drink. Special Beef Pho will also be available from 11p to 1am.
