Kate Bosworth has launched her second collection with Topshop, a winter line simply called The Collection.
Her 46-piece winter collection, available in stores and online globally today, is more sleek and minimalist, featuring white leather dresses, metallic T-shirts, minimalistic coats and colorful skinny jeans.
Fashionista writes that Bosworth, 30, is a “design consultant” at Topshop; she launched a festival-inspired collection this spring.
Vogue UK writes that the collection is priced £35 to £500 ($57 to $810) and features “a mix of masculine and feminine, oversized and fitted; a representation of her own personal style.”
Women’s Wear Daily writes that the collection is described as “the ultimate capsule wardrobe for winter.”
“The collection is tailored and classic,” said Bosworth. “For fall, we wanted to create luxurious pieces with a strong minimalist approach. Slim silhouettes are cloaked in a masculine shape, staying true to the mix of masculine/feminine balance that exists in my personal aesthetic.”
“The collection is everything you need to get easy, cool, effortless style,” said Kate Phelan, Topshop’s creative director.
“Simple T-shirt pieces and shirts with amazing leather jeans are the key to the look. Finish with the ultimate shearling coat and you’re done. Colours are classic; red and black with a touch of white and a flash of silver. Mix together to make it your own.”
Bosworth also stars in a look book and video for the collection, both of which were shot by her husband, Michael Polish.
