Housed inside the Citadel (8300 NE 2nd Avenue) food hall it offers offers 10 meats highlights like pork ribs, beef brisket, and beef ribs, and even vegan beyond burnt ends for those looking to avoid animal products. Diners can pair those mains with items like smoked potato or a wedge salad.
