Maybe I went on an off day but I didn't have a pleasant experience. The store was crowded and very, very hot, which was extremely uncomfortable. I felt like I was followed around the store by sharks who wanted to sell me things and it made me so nervous. I love skincare, but I think I'm going to shop elsewhere or give another Sephora a try.

I’ve visited this Sephora branch twice. It’s really good located, clean, great and friendly stuff except one woman working there who seems to be a “boss” of skin care section who was a big dissapointment for me everytime I went. First I came to ask an advice for some face treatment products for me so I asked someone who took me to her. From the beginning she was really arrogant and talked to me like I am literally a stupid woman and treating me the same way too. First I thought she might have had a bad day which is understadable it can happen to any of us so I ended up buying a product she recommended me and which supposed to be good for my face with a note that if it wouldnt help I can come back and we will find something else. Well, recommended product unfortunately didnt help me so I came back to look for another solution. I was transferred to her again. I told her that it didnt work and asked her for something else. She answered me with her arrogant tone of voice and face that I do probably everything wrong with my face and thats my fault and thats why it didnt work and we would need to go from the beginning again with words “I can find you someone else to help you I dont have time for you” then she was gossiping literally infront of me and then she left. I really didnt like her attitude treating me like I am someone less than her and I am like a waste of her time. Really impolite and big dissapointment again. Another woman took care of me then. She was really sweet and helpful to me. I unfortunately dont remember names but the woman who was unwilling to help me had a space between her up front teeth and curly hair style. The other one who was really sweet was a blond young woman expecting a baby. All I want to say that I love to visit Sephora but I will probably never ask for any help in skin care again because it makes me sick to be treated this way. If so, I will probably pick another branch to go to!

Fantastic experience with staff when she saw me having a hard time choosing the product. She gave her professional advice to look for the colour that I look for and which would look best.

i usually don't leave reviews on any stores, but this past weekend i had a really great experience in this location. I had plans to go to a special dinner and had forgotten my make up bag at home. Thank god my bf lives in the brickell city center tower so i had 30 minutes to go down to sephora and apply some make up. I went up to one of the girls named Julia and told her i had an emergency and she was super sweet and did my whole make up. i had such a great experience and walked out of that store super happy. Thank you Julia !

Went in today for the first time! Very nice and clean. All employees were very attentive to the point that it kind if got annoying to be asked if you needed any help every 3min. But I understand that maybe they're pressured to do so. So no big deal. My issue was with one of the employees (red hair, very tall, was wearing winged eyeliner with glitter on the inside) I was looking for a specific lotion by Clinique. They have the same option as cream, gel and lotion. I went with the tester (lotion) and came up to one of the employees who was having a conversation with one of her coworkers (nothing important just chatting and gossip). She went and got me the lotion I wanted to take. And left and proceeded to talk to her friend. When I looked it said GEL. I come up to her again (of course there were none on the shelves that's why I didn't get it myself). And tell her excuse me this is the gel not the lotion. She said "That's the one you gave me." And then goes to see if they have the lotion (in the same shelve where there are none, not in the back storage or whatever). And says "No we don't have anything left. But this is the one you gave me though". What happened to "Customer is always right" when the customer is actually right?. She pointed to the bottle as if that was the only one there. And below that it was the lotion one which is the one I gave her. Her attitude was like you're annoying and you're wrong. I wasn't rude or anything and that's the only help I needed! Then I realizer she was about to take her break so maybe that's why she treated me like that.
