Did not get to get inside due to my attire but I was able to walk around and see that it was a work in progress that looked like it was headed in the right direction. The outdoor area in the back seemed to be a sign of the rest to come. There were plenty of places to sit with comfortable looking furniture so I can only imagine what the interior must have been like to have the building in such a prime location. Next time I'll figure out what to wear instead of just walking in chill clothes. Would have been nice to fully experience the promising vibe.

Pros: Great atmosphere, friendly staff, awesome seating/location. The Hookah was great and tasted spectacular. The vibes of the places were very positive. I tried the watermelon mint hookah, and it was spectacular. Cons: The bill took longer than it should be. The place wasn’t super busy, I cant imagine How slow would it be to get a bill when its super busy.

Went here for a birthday brunch with five people. We had a perfect table, a few feet from the beach. The vibe here is good. Everyone including the staff and other people eating are so nice and outgoing. While eating, live music is playing and girls dance. They let people from brunch dance as well and enjoy the fun. It was $50 for unlimited brunch - not including drinks. It was so worth it. The food was delicious and I probably ate enough for one week. Our group enjoyed two bottles of rose and two rounds of bloody Mary’s. Our bill came to $450, before tip which I thought was good... especially since we sat there from 12:30- 4:30pm. We did not feel rushed. We felt very relaxed and actually ended up ordering hookah which was only $50. Some reviews say that. Is is expensive. But you’re paying for a brunch that is literally on the beach with live music and a beautiful ambiance. I would recommend this place for anyone visiting Miami for the first time.

Nikki Beach is in a wonderful spot, we ate there around 1330 and the crowd was minimal. The atmosphere is amazing, gave us lots of ideas of what to do for our own lanai. It appeared that all the seating is outside with most spots having ample shade, several spots are large couches and laying down areas in case you want to tan and eat. The food was very nice and the wait was minimal.
