First Class Hotel. Great service. Beautiful accommodations. Our Bay view room was wonderful.

As a hotelier I can differentiate between bad service, Service and excellent service. Well, you can certainly will find and excellent service, workers were very helpful, is well located, the rooms are very well kept. Please remember that there is not a Perfect hotel, properties are running by humans, therefore you will find a little floss, however, NOTHING out of this world to bother me or affect your visit with them. My brother, my nephew and I were treated like royal and we really love it..!!!

Gorgeous, spacious rooms in the business end of town. We were given a room adjoining another, whose occupants we did not know and unfortunately we could hear every word of their conversation through the connecting door. We were moved without fuss and given complimentary drinks tokens for the bar when we complained, which was appreciated.

I got a nice and clean room and a big TV with plentry of channels. Nice staff and atmosphere! Also at night is a cool light show! A great hotel to stay at if you ever visit Miami!

This hotel sure gives off WOW factor, and that is the only reason the review achieves so many stars. Aside from the Lobby and all its grandeur there is so much this hotel could do so much better. And for the cost that is ridiculous. Cons: Beware the small print- want space in the mini bar to chill your drink- well be prepared to pay for whatever you remove. Even if you put it back your room is charged as soon as the item is moved. Incidentals are hard to avoid- really really hard. The beds are so hard it hurts to sleep on them. Physically hurts. Every Friday night there is a salsa party- sounds like fun except that even though my room was on the 28th floor and I might as well have been on the pool deck with as loud as it was- the sound proof windows are a lie. No fridge unless you want to pay an extra $35 a day No microwave No continental breakfast, and room service is really really pricey All the furniture in the hotel room is old and almost broken down. Looks good until you try to use it. Valet Parking is pretty much a must- be ready to tack on an extra $45 a day to your room rate Pros: The bathroom is large and the water is hot The conference rooms are nice and there are many of them Location is pretty good- walking distance to the metro, and places to eat.
