London’s honor winning upscale restaurant, serving northern Chinese cooking, is coming to Brickell.
The London oupost – arranged on level 33 of The Shard, imagined – serves an advanced blend of Szechuan and Northern Chinese food and depends on the much-cherished café of a similar name in Hong Kong. Hutong at The Shard’s cooking takes its motivation from the dishes served in the royal castles of what was then Peking.
Anticipate that the Miami adaptation should stick to this same pattern with a mixed drink choice enlivened by fixings utilized in customary Chinese medication and dazzling insides – complete with conventional Chinese red lamps and wonderful hand-cut wood-framed ‘Moon Gates’. Return for refreshes.
