Well, firstly I would say it’s hard to find the main entrance, secondly the room number doesn’t have a mini bar at least with water and there was no bags of sugar. The blanket was dirty in pink color spots. A door was too loud and even when you try to close it it gives a very loud sound. Overall it’s not bad... but also worth to pay little more and have better place.

I stayed in a king suite the room was nice and spatious. Perfect for my needs. The hotel is two minutes walking distance to the conference center. The staff was also helpful with directions and efficient service.

The Staff here is amazing. They made us, and our entire corporate event group feel like family from day one. We have held events in Vegas, Boston, Denver, and Vancouver and never had this level of service. Our clients were extremely happy and every detail of our event ran smoothly. Thank you to Lourdes and Karla for helping make our event fantastic. Special thank you to Viviana for going above and beyond. Muchos Gracias!

I and my family stayed overnight in the most spacious and elegant room of this hotel. Very much impressed by the large selection of food items. Everything is superb from the excellent breakfast buffet to yummy steak. Incredible experience and cannot wait to book my next visit again!

Not my favorite spot. I was looking forward to staying here but it quickly defused after 'trying' to get to it. The location is terrible if you're driving. It's right near an entrance to I-95 and is insanely congested. My first attempt had me driving by it, because it wasn't clear where the entrance was, and being forced to navigate one-way streets and traffic to get back...... 20 minutes later. I was furious, you will be too if you miss it. There hotel lobby is large and well appointed but the rooms are tight and oddly designed. My toilet was nested into a corner and there was a doorstop in the middle of the floor, conveniently located for optimal toe stubbing. Even 10 stories up noise was a pretty big issue so bring ear plugs. Now the good stuff. The Bistro was large and the food was well prepared and tasty. And you're in a busy spot with lots of options for food and entertainment. I'd consider staying here if I wanted to party but won't stay here when I travel for business.
