An ambitious and daring attempt to open Waterfront Taproom and Food Hall facility on 120,000 Sq-ft area of Riverside in Brickell, a 120,000-square-foot. This huge dining and entertainment park along the Miami River is scheduled to debut towards the end of August 2019. The “La Centrale” Food Hall has the capacity to serve 2000 people with food and a Brewery taproom, while enjoying a nearby pavilion that will feature decor inspired by the ancient Mayan town of Tulum, Mexico. Sporting events will be broadcast across dozens of TV screens in the pavilion.
Marcelo Goulart, one of the investors leading the project, says the project will reshape the neighbourhood’s culture. “We love the development that is going on right now in Brickell, but there’s still a lack of entertainment options. Riverside will fill the need for a place of air, space, and sunshine, where locals can disconnect from urban life.”
The Riverside. 431 S. Miami Ave., Miami; riverside.miami. Opens end of August 2019.
