Very pleasant cocktails, live seafood is highly appreciated and scored some high results in our excellent Western cuisine. Asian dishes show good ideas, but often unbalanced (salty). The wine list complements the latest wines. Very expensive food. The excellent and wonderful atmosphere. The lost star is a slow/absent service. Typical of Miami.

Incredible flavors and an exceptional ec experience. From the Serrano caviar tacos, to the mushroom salad in the mushroom and anchovies paste. It's exactly that, an experience. Bazaar Mar by Jose Andres definitely delivers.

Where do I begin -how about at the beginning Dinner Valentine’s Day thinking we were going to have an extraordinary dining experience boy were we wrong. Our meal began with the waiter bringing the wrong salad by the way they don’t have salads they have vegetable dishes so we had tomato toast which was actually supposed to be fresh tomato on something called air bread it was far from being Airy it was like little squares of dense toast with some tomato on top that had been cooked down -it was OK tasted like little pieces of pizza without the cheese . Next came a spinach dish that had these black globs of Nori paste which actually tasted like it had that had gone bad -that was sent back it was just disgusting .Next came these little croquettes that were very cute round and smallish made of cod fish with a quince paste and a little homemade mayonnaise-there was no quince to be found -the little topper tasted just like the mayo that was on the side -and when you broke one open this kind of gooey liquid fell out - I thought it was raw. In fact it was a white sauce- with a little fish.our waiter could care less he never even asked if we were enjoying ourselves which we were not at this point. Next came the final two dishes thank the Lord -the first was supposed to be shrimp in a spicy tomato broth-or sauce .The shrimp were so overly salted that’s all we could taste .There was very little broth or sauce and no spice at all. Next came salmon that was almost raw and smelly -very fishy ..I asked the waiter who was passing by to get our waiter saying that we were not happy -the manager came out and was delightful we told her that the food was poorly executed overly salty just terrible she was wonderful very apologetic and charged us for a glass of wine but not the meal which was really the right thing to do -would be go back there never should you go there I don’t think so. $$$$

Bazaar Mar is one of the best restaurants I have been in a long time. Yes... it isn't cheap .... but it will be the best money you spend on a meal. From the moment you walk in service is there... gracious hostess and even better waiters will guide you through the menu and the way it works....extensive wine list and desert menu rocks. Definitely a place I would come back and hope I will soon.
