Explore the Museum in a sensory modified supportive setting with limited admission and sound and lighting adjustments. Speak to various health professional such as occupational therapists. Enjoy a sensory friendly stage performance and participate in a variety of sensory based activities. Our goal is to provide your child with the opportunity to engage in social interactions and improve the processing, modulation and regulation of sensory input to optimize their understanding of and participation in naturalistic environments.. You’ll also have the opportunity to network with other families.

Great sensory experiences await you and your child in this special event set aside for children with sensory processing disorders and their families. Lights and sounds will be dimmed to create a comfortable environment for your little ones to explore. Participate in sensory-based arts and crafts, and watch a sensory-friendly stage performance. Meet community professionals, such as an Occupational Therapist and a Speech Pathologist. Pre-registration is required.
