The Center for Latin American and Caribbean Initiatives (CLACI) at Miami Dade College (MDC), in collaboration with the Miami Book Fair, present author, lecturer and well-known Argentine journalist Christina Balinotti, who will discuss her new book, From Mothers to Daughters: A Family ABC. The event will take place at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, Sept. 1, at MDC Wolfson Campus. This event will be in Spanish only and is free and open to the public.

Balinotti, a graduate in social sciences and studies in psychology, philosophy and the arts, will present her book, which was recently translated and published in English. Balinotti lives in Miami, where she works as an international analyst for television and radio programs, as well as an expert on issues of culture and psychology in various media outlets, including Radio 1020/1040, Univision Radio, Mira TV, and America TeVé.

Through her foundation, Children Solution Foundation, Balinotti holds annual events at various locations in Miami aimed at educating women on the importance of family values. She also contributes to the promotion of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Miami.
