Apple in Miami has already open several shops in the Miami area, such as its Dadeland and The Falls locations, and one on Lincoln Road in Miami Beach. Soon, they will be opening the biggest store yet in Florida. The store will be located at the upcoming Brickell City Centre. The Centre as a whole will span 500,000 square feet and feature over 70 stores and restaurants, plus a hotel, two condominium towers, and two office buildings. Here is more information :
According to Real Deal :
“The Apple store will be among about 70 stores and restaurants at the open-air shopping center set to open this fall, including luxury boutiques Valentino and Chopard. Swire Properties, Whitman Family Development and Simon Property Group are co-developing the 500,000-square-foot center that will feature a “climate ribbon.” The 1,000-foot-long twisted strip of steel and glass is meant to block rain and focus breezes through the retail areas, replacing air conditioning.” written by Ina Cordle.
According to New Times :
“For years, Miamians looking to line up for a new iPhone have had to travel to Lincoln Road Mall, Aventura Mall, Dadeland Mall, or the Falls, locations that are more than a bit inconvenient for large swaths of the county’s population. When Brickell City Centre opens later this year, that problem will be fixed for many. Swire Properties also announced 69 other tenants that will fill the retail portion of the mixed-use megaproject. A three-story Saks Fifth Avenue will anchor the mall area. Luxury shops will dot the first floor of the shopping area, while premium and contemporary (read: slightly more affordable) shops will be placed on the second and third floors. ” written by Kyle Munzenrieder.
