“You might remember it as Ceviche Piano. You might also be wondering what’s different here. Well, just so happens that we can assist with that. The whole black-and-white look is still here, but they’ve taken out the piano and Buddhas and replaced them with blue glass, a bamboo-and-wood bar and a massive painting of the goddess Benten. You could have a nice, relaxing business lunch here. With a few colleagues. Or… Benten. Either way. They’ve kept some of the above, but added nigiri, sashimi and maki made by a former Nobu and Tokyo Blue chef.
