New York City’s the EMM Group is opening their first outpost of the Meatpacking District’s CATCH by Top Chef season three winner Hung Huynh at the James Royal Palm, also home to recently-opened Florida Cookery. The above is a rendering of the space for CATCH Miami, where seafood delights like a signature Shorecrest Roll, paying homage to the landmark building where CATCH is located is made with spicy tuna, cucumber, and salsa verde. Other items set to graze the menu include: the Po “Little Rich” Boys, a fried oyster sandwich with spicy remoulade and caviar on a potato roll and Grilled Prawns with pineapple and chili. The restaurant is looking to officially open “sometime by the end of next week,” PR reps say.
