Gary (the owner ) was standing by the door I asked him if it was possible to set a time and date to meet, with his strong Brooklyn accent he replied ” Let’s do it right now ” , he called Carlos the manager we all set down, Frank Sinatra music was playing in the background and two burning hot thin crust coal-fired pizzas arrived they were explaining that they perfected their dough recipe to be able to fold the slice of pizza without being saggy, it worked ! I understand why the Backlow USA proclaims that it is one of the best pizza places in Miami, then it came perfectly golden calamari, moist and savory meatballs in a marinara sauce with a side of ricotta cheese, the rice balls are the best one I ever tasted, the prosciutto is sliced by a very neat special machine.

Their priorities are to use only fresh ingredients, the mozzarella is made daily, the meats seafood and desserts come from New York on a regular basis, their number one goal is to be the first choice family style restaurant with moderate prices. This is the first Campania in South Florida there is three other in the area of New York.
It’s open seven days a week they offer a full liquor bar, a wine list even a happy hour, on Sunday’s they have a meat sauce special prepared with love as Gary says.
