Great oriental fusion cuisine. We have tried many items during the Miami Spice event and every single item was superb. The portions are not enormous, but you will leave feeling as it was just right, not bloated. The staff is amazing. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Nice setting by the inlet. Highly recommended.

Zuma is still one of the best Asian restaurants in Miami, but I became very commercial. It is still good but lost some of its charm. They also tend to make you wait even if you have a reservation. So you should go see it if you can but don't blame yourself if you didn't make it. Not a must see anymore.

What more can really be said about Zuma. The food is phenomenal. I took my wife here on our anniversary. The views are amazing (it's right on the Miami River). The service was top notch (we had multiple waiters and the wine was delicious). Not to mention THE FOOD. We went all out and ordered the beef skewers with shishito pepper, spicy beef tenderloin with sesame, red chili and roasted lobster. My GOD. Amazing place, superb atmosphere

The food was very good, and the service excellent. It's also very cool to be seated where you can see the boats on the Miami River passing by. I would not recommend ordering the Chilean Sea Bass-- for $32, it was tiny, and so hidden by a small clump of greens I thought they had brought me a salad. It was tasty, but not at all worth $32. The sushi--we had 5 different varieties--was great, and the cocktails were also creative and quite tasty. All in all, worth the visit.

A bit over priced but excellent food service is so so. Also note the sake menu can be a bit deceiving as they have the price for 1/2 bottle listed but when you order a bottle it's double. Also the the servers can get a bit zealous with the truffle shaving easily adding several hundred to a bill. Don't get me wrong food is great just extremely over priced.
