Drinks are a little sweet, but great atmosphere. Didn't stay there, but went there on a Friday night to dance. DJ played popular hip hop from the 90s- on, playing to the crowd of mostly tourists and casual music fans. Who doesn't like to be able to sing along like that every once in awhile?

I only spent some time in the pool/patio area. Fun outdoor atmosphere on the patio, with good music. Drinks are priced at what you'd expect for South Beach. Drinks hovered in the $8-14 range. Could be worse but for the trend factor of this place, it's fairly expected. Servers and bartenders were friendly If you want to hit the sand, it's about a 5 minute walk and fairly easy to get to.

Super nice big terrace. The service is not great, but once you are served, everything is fine! The atmosphere is very festive day and evening. There are DJs every night and you can dance on the dance floor that covers part of the pool. You have to pay a cover charge in the evening, but it's not every night. If you arrive a little earlier, you will save the entered. The food is fast food, nothing exceptional, but the pizza is very good.

Very helpful front desk, not very courteous cleaning staff since every day they vacuum the halls at 8am, slam hallway doors, and have 10 minutes conversations in front of your room door, and since everything is "lunch room tile" as my friend called it, then the sound travels. If you enjoy partying here, then you should stay somewhere else where they'll let you sleep in past 8am (or give us constant on fans for noisemakers). Otherwise not terrible, it's outdated and could use some attention to detail (such as replacing our broken bed mattress and painting the hallways), but it's got character. I'll stay somewhere else next time though.

The best hospitality ever offered to me at any hotel! They make you feel welcomed and special, as if it’s their true honor to care for their guests. That to me is important at any hotel I stay in. My last experience was beyond words. My girlfriend and I had a rough night, I thought that I had booked my room from Saturday-Sunday. Turns out that I had made a mistake, and I actually booked it from Sunday-Monday. Eric who works at the front desk resolved the problem so smoothly, he didnt even bother to tell us our mistake until the following day, he knew we just needed some sleep. Let’s just say, check in was at 4pm, he let me check in at 8am (8hrs before check in time) I was so amazed and thankful because let’s be honest, when does a hotel ever do that?! We love Eric, and we love this hotel!! - Eric deserves a promotion!
