An absolutely beautiful place! The drinks were delicious!!! Must go back soon! The workers were friendly and polite! The ambiance is amazing! I literally fell in love with this place and can't wait to visit again!

Let me start by saying that the ambiance of Nikki Beach is great. Now that I have the one good thing out of the way, I will start with the negatives. We were at Nikki Beach this past Sunday, which had I done a little more research, we would have chosen a different location for lunch since we aren't a fan of all you can eat buffets. The food was absolutely horrible and it costs $49.95 each before you add tax and the dreaded 20% gratuity. In my opinion, this 20% gratuity has made the whole of Miami's hospitality industry down right lazy. Good luck getting fast service at this place. We were there for 3 hours and our server came to the table a total of 5 times and that includes introducing himself and bringing the check. His service was definitely not worth a $22 tip. To top it all off, I had food poisoning that entire evening and night, which I'm still battling. I know it was from the food I ate their because I had only had a coffee for breakfast and had not been drinking. I'm sure it had something to do with the number of food items that are most likely not stored at the proper temperature, especially the items needing to be stored at cooler temperatures. I do see that many other reviewers have had positive experiences, but we found it to be generally dreadful.

Nice and relaxing atmosphere at night. Had to wait for a table and after being seated had to wait for a waitress. It was a Saturday night and they were a little busy. Ate outside right by the beach. Drinks weren't too strong and food was pretty good. Prices were high but that's to be expected I guess.

Pros: location, the visuals of the place Cons: when we were seated, we were asked for our drink orders, we each got a mixed drink. Then asked if we wanted sparkling or still water. We said still, but little did we know until the bill came that it was a $9.17 bottle of water. -my water glass smelled of bleach -we both ordered a fish sandwich. When it was put in front of us, no fish. Somehow the kitchen and our waiter both messed up enough to serve us just buns, lettuce, and tomato. We didn't receive even an "I'm sorry". - the food quality was subpare: the French fries that came as a side were poorly flavored and the fish sandwich was a huge mess to eat to the point I deconstructed the sandwich and just ate the fish (once I finally got it) . The flavoring of the fish was not enjoyable. I left pissed and feeling like my money was a huge waste. I do not recomend this place.

We we're treated poorly as we opted for just lunch and not the overly expensive cabana or day beds we declined. So at that point they never placed our name on a waiting list for a table and we stood there for 20 minutes watching 8 to 10 parties of individuals be serviced before us. I will never return nor encourage anyone else visit this establishment.
