This place is tiny! I was visiting Miami and didn't check the reviews before I took a $30 cab ride over to Miami Beach. There were basically no flowers. Even though they can't control it, the construction totally ruined this for me. It was incredibly loud. The only plus side is that it was free (except the $60 in cab fare I paid to get from my hotel and back). If you want an actual relaxing and beautiful botanical garden, go to the Fairchild Tropical Gardens.

A mosquito nightmare! Great place for bug spray. Maybe they should have a dragonfly exhibit there! The place is small and not many flowering botanicals. My opinion do not waste your time, not worth it.

It's a nice little side trip if you live on the beach or if you're in town, but don't plan on spending much time here - it's tiny. It functions well as a green oasis in South Beach, but a lot of it is taken up by event space. The Japanese garden is pretty. I just wish there were more plants and less open space.

Not really amazing or anything. Nice quiet place but I wouldn't really call it botanical compared to other botanical gardens.

Nothing like I expected in size. It was super cute, but very small. I know it's not their fault but there is a huge construction job next to it that really ruins the experience.
