Look I get there's a lot going on with Irma, but I expect a lot for $400/ night. They are letting dogs stay in the hotel because of Irma and I get it because I have dogs at home too but I have pet allergies, I didn't bring them inside or to the jw. I checked in and smelled dog pee on my floor and in my room. I called the desk and they assured me that the hotel is not pet friendly and that there were no pets on my floor. They said they were sending security and cleaning people. Well guess what I woke up to the sounds of dogs barking. Spoke to manager Valentina and she didn't do a thing. Allergies are going crazy and I'm moving to a new hotel. The hall still smells like dog pee. Spent $400 to get sick. Don't stay here until they get their pet issues in order, it's not worth it.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... This hotel has it all. The room was very spacious with all sorts of amenities. Lounge area included a theatre room, ping pong table, air hockey table, billiards, virtual golf and virtual bowling. The two thing I did not like was the ridiculous parking fees and the pool was small and shaded by buildings. Staff was super nice!

My room (king sized bed) literally made me gasp. It's huge, with a large desk, two reading chairs, large entertained center and a large open space in the middle. The bathroom hosts both a shower and a dedicated tub, and the mirror has a built-in TV behind the glass. Location is close to Whole Foods and plenty of restaurants

Staying here currently. So far so great. We came here at last minute as we had originally planned to stay at Kimpton Epic across the street but they changed our room type at the last minute so we didn't stay there. Stephanie at the front desk was very helpful and found us a great room very quickly. The rest of the staff is great. The pool, recreational area, the restaurants are top notch quality. We will definitely be back here!
