This hotel is terrible, it is old, falling apart, and desperately needs to be torn down. The bathrooms won't work, there are unclean, things don't work and this entire Hotel looks like it is dated from the 60s or the 70s. The carpets are soiled the various different banquet rooms Halls all seem to be old overused and out of date. The restaurant is just unbelievably bad. Save your time and money and go to one of the better restaurants down the street if you ever need some grub. Out of the nine things we ordered not one was even acceptable or palatable to any of the four people on our table.

Staff was really nice and helpful, friendly as well. Location is convenient. White noise machine in the room was an amazing touch, all hotels need to have one. We found it blocked out all the Street noise. We were offered a room upgrade for a reasonable price so we accepted it. Room was huge, had a fridge, separate sitting and sleeping area. Bathroom was nice and far from sleeping area so didn't have to worry about turning the light on in my husband's face while he was sleeping. Pool was nice. Fast early morning Uber ride to the airport. Overall good stay.

I was very impressed with the attentiveness of the valet. They were very professional and seemed to work together to make sure vehicles were constantly moving to load and unload. Having three kids in tow. The hotel staff was quick to assist us with our bags to the room. The rooms were neat and clean with a view of the inlet. The kids and I loved looking at the yacht pass by and watching the bridge raise for the really large boats. We were there for the New Year Celebration. Having the colorful Miami Tower close by made it easy to find the hotel after the party.

Great location and lots of potential. It desperately needs an update, which they are working on. Parking and valet is way overpriced and their room service leave a lot be to desire. There is a smell of chemicals everywhere, from the lobby to the rooms. Also my two showers were cloak. Had to move from rooms and left something in the old room. When I claimed it that night, the staff never turn it in. Still, the place has a great potential and the location is fantastic. I hope they will become a better place because it is a nice and wonderfully located place. I do have to say that the front desk staff is outstanding!

Decent hotel. LOVED the art work throughout the building! Pillows were a bit basic with just the 2 per bed. There was a lot of privacy within the room so great for multiple people getting dressed in the same space. Nice view with a "balcony" however, the "sliding door" had been designed not to open. Also my biggest complaint was the air/hear. Even setting the thermostat to 80º it never blew any heat!!! I was so cold the entire night. The people on the streets of Miami drive like baboons on Molly and lean on their horns ALL. DAY. LONG. So don't expect any quietness throughout your stay here. It's not really the hotel's fault but maybe they could look into sound proofing.
