What began in 1963 as an intimate “clothes line” art show featuring a handful of artists and a few thousand onlookers as part of a promotion for the Coconut Grove Playhouse’s production of Irma la Douce has transformed itself into South Florida’s most successful arts festival. Today, the event attracts an estimated 120,000 people to the winding streets of Coconut Grove during President’s Day weekend.

Nothing like it used to be. Art show was great, but to pay $15 to get in, horrible planning on bathroom locations, no toilet supplies. Unbelievable. Made my time there not worth it anymore.

Best place for art, music, food and family fun.

The year the food and beverage selection was MUCH better! The art was a back seat to the food and music than in other years.

Best place to buy real original art in Miami. Hundreds of artists are carefully juried months in advance from a pool of thousands and come from all over the country to exhibit their work for just 3 days.

Great collection of beautiful art. Fun food and drinks. Then relax to excellent music in Peacock Park.
