I love this place it was right by the bay and inside it was beautiful. I came here for lunch with my husband and no complaints great food. Staff and service. It was a little pricey but hey is brickell . I would definitely come back....

The Deli needs to hire a professional staff and give consistent pricing. Rarely have I had a flawless experience when just picking up food to go. Today and most mornings the music is turned up loud prior to opening. I waited until 8am to knock on the door a few times then a male worker told me they're short staffed and not opened. His attitude was nonchalant. I told him I only wanted a juice. He didn't attempt to give me a time to when they would open. After patronizing this establishment for 2 1/2 years, I'm done.

Terrible service! Came for breakfast. I was directed to sit anywhere but many tables were not cleaned up. Did not see server after 15 minutes until I had to go to counter to order. At the counter I was told to go back to the table and wait for a server. Server came unprepared. Took our order and 5 mins later told us they didn't have açai bowls (they are pretty delicious) and offered a menu. 10 minutes later he didn't come back with anything so we walked out. Overall we spent 40 minutes, dirty table, no food, no water, no service, NEVER AGAIN!

Went for a nice meal before the NBA game at American airlines arena. Once seated was met by a completely uninterested waitresse. Had to ask for water, no specials given yet overheard next table being told by another waitress. Wrong drink order, barely apologetic. No follow up. Seafood meal and entree was really good! Cool layout of restaurant. Completely ruined by staff member.

Disappointing experience; will not be back. Food is very average, and the service is not great. Was there once and had a positive experience. It was my son’s 21st birthday and we reserved a table quite in advance. We ended up getting a table for six downstairs in the front with loud music, it was dark, and not even the waiter could hear us to take the order. There were available tables upstairs when I arrived and when I left. The host is young, has an attitude and is unexperienced. I Don’t recommend this place. There are other much better Mexican restaurants in Miami which care about their customers. This place doesn't.
