Great venue: lots of bars, big open air space outside with seating, souvenirs, big bar, and separate performance stage. The heat game we attended was lively and exciting - so the evening was a success on both accounts. I'd recommend going to a heat game here, and I'd also recommend the facility in general - for any major event!

Went to see Jay z.... parking was over priced..... drinks.... overpriced..... but the show was amazing! Great show.... but very expensive.

The nose-bleeding section can be a bit frightening. Particularly during a concert. It looks like it would be very easy to fall and not very easy to stop. Prices are steep to park and to eat. A beer was 13 bucks during the concert. 1 beer, 1 soda, 1 7-inch pizza = $27.

I visited the arena for a weekend-long conference. With the amount of people attending the conference, traffic was insane. However, the staff at the arena were very helpful and moved the crowd along swiftly. The concession options were pretty good and I was able to see from very high seats.

Attended Heat games in section 300 and it's alright. Attended Bruno Mars concert in section 100 and could feel the heat from the flames! Confession lines moved fast and the energy in the place is lit 🔥
