According to New Times :

“Tucked away in a waterfront residential complex on Island Avenue, the spot is intimate and the food is eclectic.  The three founders — Alessandro Farana, Omar Barberini, and Nicola Dominici — went vegan about three years ago, primarily for ethical reasons. All three have culinary backgrounds, having worked in restaurants and bars all over the world. The trio quickly noticed Miami lacked gourmet options for creative, vegetable-based foods, and the concept of Full Bloom was born.  With menu development led by cookbook author and chef Mark Reinfeld (of Vegan Fusion), the result is a diverse array of foods with a strong global influence. ” written by Hannah Sentenac.

According to Urban Daddy :

“We figured you might want to know a little more about this place. So here’s a little more:
It’s a bit out of sight. Because it’s hidden in a condo building. Just take the elevator to the mezzanine where you’ll be greeted with a rose petal fountain and Buddha. The view here is ridiculous. Nothing but a sweeping vista of the bay with the city lights beyond. Oh, and a date, if you’re so inclined. By “vegan,” we mean.. Completely meatless. Three Italian vegans got together with the 30-Minute Vegan chef to create the menu here. Which bodes well for your tempeh. So you’ll find gazpacho. And wasabi-ginger pâté nori rolls. And green-curry pots. And tiramisu. You can have wine. And guava-ritas. Made with tequila, guava nectar and smoked paprika. Heck, have both.”

According to Yelp :

“Finally! A vegan restaurant in Miami…and it’s legitimately a winner and a new favorite spot! So I noted on a previous review that parking can be complicated, and this is true. Turn on Purdy Avenue and park at the public park. There’s a short walk over the bridge, but its less than 5 minutes or maybe 10…no biggie. It’s in a condo building and although there is valet- it is ONLY FOR RESIDENTS but this place is definitely worth its walk and I was pleasantly surprised upon walking out of the elevator to see that it was actually done up quite nicely. If you’re planning on a date night to impress, it’ll work and don’t assume because its vegan, you won’t like it. Little secret: you’d never know! This place was awesome. Menu was varied, food was super delicious, service impeccable and location: on the water. So I’m not a veggie ninja and I chose to not really inspect much of what I was eating in fear I’d be turned off by the idea- this was the best strategy ever because I left nothing on my plate and almost fell out of my chair when I found out I’d actually had more than 5 vegetables without complaining…this for me is epic! And BTW…dessert- ahhhhmaaaaze-ing!  Definitely try this place out…super cool vegan Italian guys with good vibes…I can support that!” written by Jacqueline (rated 5 Stars).
